When I talk about martial arts I mean Tae Kwon Do.
Tae Kwon Do is a Korean martial art that has been around for approximately 2000 years. Tae Kwon Do translates roughly into English as, “The way of hand and foot”.
I have been studying Tae Kwon Do for approximately three years.
I received my 1st Dan [degree] Black Belt November 30, 2007.
